She was not only incredibly polite but also attentive and efficient, even during a busy rush. She made sure my order was correct, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great customer experience. My coffee was fresh, my breakfast sandwich was hot and perfectly made, and everything was ready quickly. They did that for two, and passed us the rest without sleeves, and we asked for more, and they said no. We asked why, and they said they ran out. We told them to give us extra cups to double cup them, and try weren't pleasant about it.
