Last time I went six years ago, best day ever. Yesterday, worst day ever. Don't prepay for your tickets, no need. Bring your own drinks, and it's run by kids. I didn't see anyone over 24 the whole time. (And yes I asked)

My friend works in a group home, she was off at noon so we thought yesterday would be a great day to go!! They always say buy your tickets before you go to make sure you get in. So, I did. There was an emergency at her work so she didn't get off until 2. We left nova scotia then. Getting there at 430 already stressed, if we didn't prepay for the tickets we would of just went another day.. anyway, get there at 4:35 no one in any booth. We look everywhere, then go in the gift shop which also sells tickets, this one young girl looking so scared. It was so packed you couldn't even move in there. She called her manager three times for help before someone came. Time is now 5:05, all I needed were my tickets to be scanned. We get ready, go and rent a double tube. Used it once, and I was so hot I put it on my chair with my stuff, yeah bad idea, but I could see it!!!! Get in line for my slushie, saw it. Went to pay for the slushie, as I ordered it and paid for it looking at the girl, I turned back and it was gone!I went back to the booth which again was a young girl and boy and told them what happened and they said oh that's why it's 15 for people like you! I said what? I'm sorry but i went to get a slushie and didn't think. They said I remember you, you just got it, but your number of your tube is 486, you can go fight for it if you see i and laughed. I get I didn't return it, but it was 5:45 at the time, a hour left at the park. Couldn't you just charge for that if it's 3 dollars hour? Last but not least I went to get a gatorade in the machine, nothing worked. I finally found another really young boy and asked if the machines were broken and he laughed and said, yeah I heard that! Went to every store, all sold out. The stores I get, but your employees should know something about their job. It seems like it's all high school kids there who really don't care about anyone but themselves. Wasted so much money.
