Disappointing experience on a weekend. There were 2 broken puzzles in the escape room we did. Apparently the group before us had also noticed it was broken, but we were not told about it before starting, leading us to waste most of our time in the room. We were told that we cannot have a radio to talk to the game master, and we could just wave at the camera to get their attention to get a next hint. We wasted so much time waving at the camera trying to get help, especially when we were stuck on the broken puzzles. Eventually we had to leave the room to talk to the staff directly. They seemed unbothered by the fact that the room was not working as it should, and told us how to work around it. The next (last) puzzle after that also did not work, and the game master just opened the door for us to leave at that point. We were expecting a refund, but since we had already paid in full, they informed us that we will get a discount instead without specifying the amount. In the end they only refunded 5$ per person which is very disappointing. They also admitted that their customer service is bad, saying that no one answers their phone when customers call. Would...

Despite being told that we were tackling the most difficult scenario, we managed to complete it just in time. We were proud of ourselves!😅😂 It was an exhilarating challenge.

The experience was made even better by the really nice décor, which added to the immersive atmosphere. It felt like we were truly part of the story we were unraveling.
