First off the gelato was delicious, however our server tried to take advantage of us being from the US and not speaking french. We ordered two of the $3.75 gelatos and gave her $20 in Canadian currency. She asked my wife if she needed the receipt, my wife replied no, and the cashier gives her 3 coins back. My wife puts one of the coins in the tip jar. As we leave, I ask my wife how much were the coins worth. We look at the coins and realize she gave us $2.50 back instead of $12.50. So my wife goes right back in and asks the cashier how much was the total and how much was she given back. The girl goes to the register and replies" that's why I asked if you wanted a receipt" Then looks at the screen and says" oh I shouldve given you $12.50 back instead of $2.50. I'm sorry and gives the $10 back. Get your receipt and watch the cashiers because everyone...

One of the best parts of Jean Talon market and arguably one of the best gelatos I've ever had. The best part about this place are the unique flavors they have such as Tangerine, Pear, Grapefruit, Passion Fruit, Coconut, Dulche de leche, Mango, and so many more. The staff was friendly and allowed me to try multiple flavors before zeroing in one. What I also loved about this place is that they have small bowls for $5 (where you get two scoops of different flavors) which I thought was better than most places that expect you to shell out a lot more for a quantity of ice cream you probably struggle to finish. Would definitely...

Unfortunately we ordered two double scopes in a cone x 2 ! Super soft and not cold enough , even told us here is a cup in case it falls !! As I was paying mine was about to fall ! I threw it in the garbage right at the cash .. how can you even serve it like that , can’t eat it and taste is gone when it’s mush ! I paid them and even left a tip why because I am too nice and stupid ( accepted it though ) but sorry , not ever coming back . Not my style to write this as we all have to make a living etc but come on think about the quality and customer...

There's always a long queue when I passed by, so I decided to give it a try. It was expensive that $8 for 2 scoops but they were tasteful, seems like using a lot of ingredients as almost every lick I can see a whole pistachio in it and heavy matcha taste. Doesn't feel too sweet to me but I felt the cone tasted a little burned. I would still recommend to try it yourself and enjoy the burst of flavors from the ingredients.

Delicious ice-cream cakes and gelato! Every time I visit Montreal, this would be my go-to place to buy cakes for my family. For gelatos, I highly recommend the pistache and espresso flavours. The pistache gelato actually has real piece of pistachio in it!
