It is a charming waterfront park that offers stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The park features wide open green spaces, well-maintained walking paths, and plenty of shaded areas, making it ideal for a picnic, a leisurely stroll, or just enjoying the serene surroundings. The benches along the waterfront provide a great spot to sit back and take in the scenic beauty. The park’s location makes it perfect for a stop while exploring the Lachine Canal area. Whether you’re out for a walk, biking through the trails, or looking for a tranquil spot to unwind by the water, Parc St. Louis is a wonderful choice. Its peaceful ambiance and picturesque setting make it a hidden gem in Lachine.

Stunning location to be so close to the water. Mind you...being winter, do not be go on the ice - in any way. Beautiful walking paths, room for some cross country skiing. Families enjoying a time for a stroll. There's the iconic light house & amazing if you're chasing sunsets.

I walk around there after I grab some ice cream from the dairy Queen which is across the street people fish off the pier there, where the light house is. There is the bike path and a walking path and both go all the way to Montreal and the other way to Dorval. Looks like the city will be revamping a lot of the area near by. I think there is still the little ferry boat that can take you and your bike across to Rene Levesque park. Not for cars, it's for people and kids and bikes. I hope it's still in action around this...
