Horrible service! We were loyal customers since their opening, but they lost us for good! Order accuracy 0, customer service 0, soft skills 0, problem-solving 0. We can’t encourage a business like that. Ordered on line, got a text message confirmation (through Tastyboom Network, their 3rd party online service) saying the delivery would take 45 to 60 minutes. Not only did we waited approx. 90 mins to get the order, but the order came with only 1 spicy mayo cup, while we paid for 4 . Crisis for my children, as they won’t go without their sauce! I called back the restaurant and asked them if they could deliver the missing items (which again, we paid for). They told me that the delivery guy was gone to another delivery and that it would take over 30 minutes for me to get my sauces. I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant (by car), so I politely asked if someone else, maybe an employee, could deliver the sauce, as we couldn’t have the children wait another 30 minutes (we had plans later on). The young girl (she sounded very young and inexperienced) put me on hold, came back and tells me this time that they won’t be able to deliver the sauce at all, not even their main delivery guy (which we tipped generously earlier), as they were too busy. After trying to get some sense out of the situation, explaining how unacceptable it was, someone else’s took the phone, and literally raised her voice at my husband & I, saying we were wasting their time just for sauce, and that they were too busy dealing with us! The person I spoke with was incredibly rude. Several times she kept saying I can’t hear you. So finally I put my head phones on to speak to the person.
