There are 5 units in this establishment. We spent two nights in unit number 1. We had a parking pad, a picnic table, a propane bar b q and a ramp up to our front door with an enclosure outside the front door. Our unit was adjoined to the office.||||I made our reservation the night before we arrived and the owner told us the number of our unit and that the door would be open and the key on the table. They are short staffed, and that is how they are operating for the rest of the season. Another guest arrived shortly afterwards, and he was anxious to check in. He had the same instructions as us but in his desire to really check in, in his search to do that, he opened the door to our unit. My fault, as I saw them, I should have locked the door. ||||These units are in tip top shape. We had a nice unit with one bedroom The rooms are spacious, clean and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable. There were sufficient towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. There was dish soap and a towel and dish cloth for the kitchen.||||There is a kitchen with three appliances, and all the supplies to function well in making a meal and cleaning up. We made breakfast and did a bar b q for dinner. We ate lunch out while sight seeing in the area.||||This business is located on the outskirts of Rocky Harbour. It is handy to all the beautiful sites surrounding the region. ||||We were not really equipped to spend time in an efficiency as we arrived iNewfoundland by plane, and are travelling in a rental car. ||||People in the know would be advised to arrive with food and supplies if they want to do meals here. The room has both heating and A/C which worked well. Yes, we had to use both at different times even in July. ||||We had Wi-Fi which worked well. We were close to everything, but nothing really within walking distance. So a car is needed to get anywhere in the park. ||||The only drawback was the darn beds. They were hard, squeaky, and just overall uncomfortable. I could here my husband get out of bed to use the bathroom with the squeaks. And we couldn't get comfortable on the mattress.
