Great little place. Considering their size I didn’t expect much but it’s a great suppose seeing how much they have, and how well displays are set up. Really enjoyed the D-Day section, many artifacts well displayed and put together well

First time visiting this museum for kids harvest event. The staff and volunteers arranged some mini games which tour the kids around the museum and learnt about the historical life.

It’s free. The employees are friendly. Now the museum is decorated with Easter. It is very suited for kids; they offer some classes for kids👍

I don’t think I could put into words how wonderful this place is. It is the heart of Newmarket in every way. The staff are quite possibly the kindest and smartest people I know. We take our son to the themed classes offered and they are incredible. Every detail is carefully thought out from the activities to the crafts to the snack to the learning. I, myself, have learned so much about Newmarket. I recommend this place for anyone aged 1-99. It has so much to offer and is a refreshing change from the usual. The Elman W. Campbell Museum is the place. Did you know that Elman W. Campbell had a store on Main Street that sold find china and knick knacks......I worked there as a young girl, amazing place with a scary basement. Newmarket has more history that you can imagine.
