Fairy Lake is my go-to spot for a relaxing, easy walk right in the middle of town. The pros are definitely the paved loop trail—it's super stroller and wheelchair-friendly, and it connects right into the larger Tom Taylor Trail system. The scenery is beautiful, especially the boardwalk section on the south end, which feels like a hidden marshland oasis. It's a fantastic place to take the kids to feed the ducks (even though you probably shouldn't!) and get that little nature fix without leaving Newmarket. My main con is the water quality of the lake itself. It’s a man-made millpond and often suffers from algae blooms in the late summer, so you definitely don't want to swim or wade in it. Very big open space around BBQ area and very nice stream with lot of ducks, across the bridge there is a kids park. and two portable restroom are available. Now the color is beautiful in the small kids park area. the facilities are quite different from regular park. And this park is also for biking lover! A very beautiful and...

Of course, there are hundreds of parks and you can do park stuff anywhere, but not every park has a lake, so this one will be more picturesque because of that. The first time you come here, you will likely be impressed but you get used to the scenery after a while, like people living at Niagara falls. Still, this is a cut above your...
