If I could give this business a 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL
HERE ARE ALL THE REASONS WHY
The driver was an hour and a half late for pick up (did not answer his phone either) The tour was very rushed due to us being late so the experience was rushed and unsatisfying We had to PAY for drinks that were suppose to be included in our package There was no education or history on the wineries in the area during the tour. The guide clearly had no background knowledge making the drive awkward and uncomfortable as he was telling personal stories that was irrelevant The reason why we booked this tour was to go to Wayne Gretzky where we were told we would have a tour, food, and have time for pictures WHICH WAS FALSE ADVERTISING since they decided we were no longer going and blamed it on their website not having proper information which it not our problem considering they should be organized. When he managed to fix his mistake he acted like we should be greatful and thankful he pulled some strings… Since we were out so late due to this hectic mess the driver was not sure if he could come back and pick us up which I’ve never heard of being stranded on a wine tour before. We were brought to random places to sit at a table and sample things that was not listed on the tour information so again things that were not included in our package and we had NO knowledge of We had to pay for food…which was suppose to be included at the Wayne Gretzky tour.. The driver asked passengers to google destinations and help gps him to pick up other groups he was late for The entire group that was on this tour was fed up and frustrated with the service provided and contemplated grabbing a cab and leaving the tour.
We paid over 330.00 for absolute garbage. I will never recommend this company to anyone...
Read moreMy wife and I took the Southern Niagara Dinner tour. Originally, we were travelling with a group but other guests had cancelled and it ended up being just the two of us. Our tour guide, Steve, was very friendly and even offered to start our tour early to maximize the time we had at each venue.
We started our tour at the Niagara College Teaching Brewery, where we were able to sample a variety of beers and try some of the latest creations by their students, which are also available for purchase in very limited quantities.
From there, we headed to Brimstone Brewery, where we sampled a very tasty roasted duck flatbread and an out-of-this-world golden porter on cask. I would definitely recommend making the trip if you're in the Niagara area.
We ended our night at Taps, which Steve mentioned has been brewing some of the oldest recipes in the Niagara region. Again, we enjoyed the atmosphere and beverages available on tap while also taking advantage of the live Super Smash Bros. tournament on the big screen.
Throughout the tour, during travel, our guide was able to provide some history about the region and was happy to answer all and any questions we had. He also knew most of the staff at each venue and ensured that we were taken care of.
I would definitely book with Niagara Craft Brewery Tours again in the future and am excited to see what else they...

firstly, would like to say that the places we visited were interesting and picturesque, and that our guide and all the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. for those aspects of the tour, the rating is four stars.
unfortunately, what brings the rating down is the description, itinerary and cost. this is advertised as a Lunch Tour. however, lunch is not included in the cost of two tickets: Canadian $220 (including tax). this is misleading.
we arrived at Silversmith pub at 11:30am, which is the only place, of the four venues, that provides food, and you need it with so many liquid samples! it was very early to eat and quite expensive too. we would have preferred to start at Niagara College (as advertised), then go to the two wineries and then the pub, rather than the other way around.
UPDATED June 19th, 2019. I have downgraded the review after receiving the condescending public response to this review. This is in direct contrast to the email sent to me by Jakob (guide and owner), who wrote:
'I apologize that it does not say in the Cider Tour description that lunch is optional at Silversmith. That is a definite oversight on our part. I will make sure that I speak with our website designer to update that'.
if the response is altered to reflect the apology above, I will...
