This location is not for you.
The venue listed and sold tickets to patrons with the wrong timing for all three dates. There were clients that showed up hours before the doors were supposed to open on Friday that left and did not return because of this. It also resulted in the evenings having very few patrons because they believed we were closed despite all of the vendors and artists being there till 11pm the first two nights. To top it off the venue is throwing the blame on the organizers, and not taking any accountability for their error. They are claiming there was no problems with their ticket sale method despite plenty of proof of their error. This is not the organizers first rodeo, this is the 5th stop on the tour, this is the only location that had made this error.
Then while looking for some sort of reconciliation, the venue tried to shut us down with convention staff getting aggressive and verbally abusive. They had their security staff scare off any clients that were around. Many vendors packed up and left for the threat of being shut down. The venue is responsible for many vendors and artists having panic/anxiety attacks. The police were called and in the long run we were allowed to finish off the weekend, because we were not in the wrong. However, I have never walked away from this tattoo tour I'm on, feeling more upset and threatened than I did this weekend. I would never attend an event here ever again.
Also, food was gross and over priced. Parking was $15 everytime you entered. So leaving to find healthier more desirable choices was out of the picture for many attending. Especially with the loss we were all feeling because of the errors the venue made. We had no choice other than to purchase what they...

You access the building at the side door adjacent to the parking lot, which is a short walk. There are handicap parking spaces not too far from this side door.
There is a hand sanitizer station when you enter the building, but a mask isn't required.
You walk 3/4 of the way down the hall/foyer to Room A. At that door is a pleasant man who swipes your prepaid ticket off your phone or your printed ticket.
There were tables and chairs and a bar set up for the sale of wine in the foyer at 4:00 p.m.
Upon entering Room A there are a list of rules. Photos are allowed but no flash.
First Room are large photos with wording outlining Van Gogh's life and various stages he went through during his short life. To read everything takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
Next there is a very large room where the main show is located. There are chairs in groups of two spread sparingly throughout this space so you can sit, stand or walk around.
The show is very captivating and moving accompanied by mainly classical music. It can be very emotional because of the visual and audio experience and knowing his life story.
The show takes a good 30 minutes. I actually enjoyed it so much I sat there and watched it all a second time.
As you exit there is a gift shop with Van Gogh and Banksy memorabilia. I really enjoyed this Exhibit and will go back for Banksy next week. Show run...
Read moreI was a vendor at the tattoo convention in September and was quite embarrassed with the whole experience. The worst part was on Sunday 3 hours before we closed the security guards were walking around telling everyone to start packing up. This was lots of time for people to walk around, purchase merchandise and to even get a tattoo before the expo was over. Of course the guests were disappointed that they paid for a ticket and didn’t get to experience the show and left. When the event coordinators went to discuss the issue with the venue staff they decided to call the police and try to have us forcefully removed. Thankfully no one was forced to leave early but we all missed out on all the potential customers. There was also issues with the venue advertising the wrong times for the event for Saturday. People were waiting outside 2 hours before opening which caused a lot of people to not even bother to come even tho they prepaid for a ticket online. AND for the vendors there was no weekend pass or re-entry options for parking offered, this wouldn’t have been much of a problem if there was all the essentials at the venue. There was only one concession with cheap junk food and signs all around saying « no outside food », this obviously was not realistic and would have made the people who are spending the whole weekend there sick. If there was anything within walking distance this would have made up for this but of course there was not so there was nothing available for us and the venue sure did take...
