Terra Mia Events — Attraction in Niagara Falls

Last night my sister and I attended the Roman pasta making class. 10/10 recommend this experience! Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of prosecco and a selection of appetizers! Olivia had the pasta dough aready made and prepped for everyone (thank gosh!), and guided us on how to roll pasta three different ways. The pasta we rolled was put into boxes for us to take home! After the class, we sat down at our dinner tables, served a glass of white wine as Olivia demonstrated how to make traditional carbonara. We were then served a 3 course meal (ft carbonara!), which was so delicious! They even accomodated us for a vegetarian option. So lavish with the wine, often topping up our glasses throughout the whole evening. We had such a good time chatting with the other pasta makers, learning and laughing! What a wonderful time we had celebrating my wife’s birthday/retirement. Matt and Olivia are truly gracious and welcoming hosts. They went out of their way to make our experience memorable. We had 14 friends and family for a private class and dinner. After the welcome drink we got an extra special visit to Casa Mia’s wine cellar for a Prosecco toast in honour of Trish. All the guests were drooling over the wines on display . The pasta making class was fun and informative under the expert supervision of our sommelier and professional chef hosts. The drinks and music kicked it all up a notch. The following meal was exceptional. Olivia transformed our pasta into two incredible dishes. And that wasn’t all. It was preceded by appetizers and followed with mouth watering main courses and desserts. They were very helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions such as gluten free and vegan. My husband and I wanted to try something for date night, and boy Terra Mia did not disappoint! From the atmosphere to the music, company, food and of course our instructors Matt and Olivia!

Olivia and Matt truly have a passion for what they do, sharing their experiences, knowledge and family heritage! They truly made everyone feel like family during our session.

We made three different pastas and enjoyed a family style dinner with the pastas we made. Alana was our server that night as well and she was tentative and helpful!

We highly recommend Terra Mia pasta classes to our friends and family!
