Accidentally Found a Hidden Gem of Filipino Cuisine at SIMCOE While visiting Simcoe, Ontario, near the shores of Lake Erie, I accidentally stumbled upon a brand new Filipino restaurant called Lola Letty’s Kitchen—and what an amazing discovery! I live in Kitchener, so this was totally unexpected, but it turned out to be a true hidden gem. We started with the sampler platter just to try things out, and added the bibingka for dessert. Every dish on the platter was delicious and full of authentic Filipino flavor, and the bibingka was soft, fragrant, and just the right touch of sweetness. It left such a great impression that we immediately placed a full order. We got two packs of pork adobo, pancit, fried chicken, and 9 rolls of lumpia—and every single item was amazing! The pork adobo was rich and tender, the lumpia was golden and crispy, and the fried chicken was perfectly seasoned with a satisfying crunch. But the pancit deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and not dry at all, which is exactly how I’ve always wished pancit would be. It honestly blew me away—you just can’t compare the taste! Lola Letty’s Kitchen is a must-visit. Whether you're local to Simcoe or just passing through like we were, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem. I’ll definitely be making the drive from Kitchener again! From Lola Letty’s Kitchen driving all the way to Kitchener 1hour driving all that we've ordered are still great. Lumpia and chicken are still crunchy and that's amazing. Salute to the Chefs 👩‍🍳

Stopped here for the first time to try something different and very glad we did. Filipino food is not common in the area and new to us entirely. We got a couple sampler boxes so that we could try a bit of everything. For starters, the spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had period. All of the meat was super tender and flavourful including the fried chicken, pork adobo and bbq pork. The rice and pancit was also really really good. Price point was spot on at $20 which was enough food for one person per sampler box. I also appreciate the fact there was a bit of a wait time for the pick-up window, this tells us it was made fresh and not sitting out for a while. This place is a very welcomed addition to the area bringing a different flavour and style that people will love. The staff is incredibly friendly also. We will definitely be back here. Just a note they are currently cash only.

So I have went Lola Letty's Kitchen and let me tell you some of the best take out food around. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy some of the best I ever had. The pork sticks were excellent tons of flavour. The springs rolls were good too. I would recommend this place to anybody. Great people very friendly and food is amazing. Don’t hesitate to stop here. These people know how to cook good food.

No pictures because with food that good, no one's wasting time with their phone. Run, don't walk to Dover for Lola Letty's, if you haven't been, you're missing out. This family is pumping out delicious Filipino food from their kitchen. Hats off to Chef James and his kitchen team for their mouth watering, homemade comfort food. And Becky, oh my, that woman's dessert creations are lick the plate good. I love this place for the food, but also because of the lovely people behind the scenes, working so hard to provide us these services. Such amazing services they are. Also go get you a sampler box, at that price they're practically...
