Thank you to the amazing team at Quarter Master!! Thank you for your many kindnesses and support since the pandemic. I loved going into the store and miss that now but in no way has that impacted the quality of the products or the excellent service provided by the team. I applaud the Quarter Master Team for their dedication and service in providing quality products to help in the maintenance of the health and wellness of consumers like myself. The team is always ready to come up with an alternative or to ensure that the order is filled soon as the product is available. I have been in Quartermaster quite a few times over the past year or so, but I don't plan on going back. The selection is fine and the prices are typical of a small store, but it has been the negativity I have witnessed that has me no longer wanting to purchase from them. The past couple of times I went into the store to browse the deals and purchase some items, I overheard a manager talking to a customer about how all his employees call in sick and are not reliable, and then on a different occasion I overheard co-workers talking about a client who didn't seem to understand things as quickly as they would have liked them to. I get that working with/around people can be quite the challenge some days as humans are not always rational and sometimes you just get fed-up, but I don't find it okay to be speaking poorly about your staff or customers while others are on the premises and can hear you. The lack of professionalism and courtesy to those trying to gather goods for their home is not okay. I hope that things change in that establishment for the benefit of all...

About four years ago I moved to the states, but every time I come home I make sure to frequent this stop. Always always tons of vegan options! I've been helped many times by Shania! She's always so knowledgeable, kind, and patient if I have questions. She is always recommending the right products! I've never walked away feeling unsatisfied. When I go in I specifically look for her because her wealth of knowledge.

Regardless of what staff member you talk to they are always friendly and willing to help. They all work very hard. Customer service is a very demanding job especially in a "mom and pops shop" you're competing with big box chains and so you often have to work extra hard because you don't have the cushion under capitlaism. I guess not everyone understands that....

Moreover, I think big box grocery stores have created an unrealistic picture of what food is "supposed" to look like so it's nice to see locally sourced products when I go in that aren't wasted because they didn't meet...
