🤩Best quality sushi we've had so far! (And we've tried almost every sushi place in London) If you're looking for a non-all-you-can-eat sushi place - this is the place to go!

✨It was the first time my partner and I tried Roll Roll and we're definitely coming back. We purchased three rolls to share: the Philadelphia Roll, Eskimo Roll, and the Sunkist Roll. All were DELICIOUS! 😍 The rice ratio is perfect. A lot of sushi restaurants tend to roll way too much rice, making the roll more filling and less appetizing (more so at all-you-can-eat establishments). 🍚

🌱The salmon was fresh and consistently sliced, and the ratio of ingredients in each roll was perfect! They even gave us a few sashimi slices for free which was amazing because we really wanted to order an order of sashimi but were sticking to a budget! (To make it clear, we didn't mention to them at all that we wanted sashimi - it just happened!)

💰Their prices are higher than most non-all-you-can-eat places but not by much. Mostly, their most expensive roll is pretty expensive in comparison. Their speciality rolls (8pc) range from $11-18 and their regular rolls (6pc) range from $4-7. After our 3 rolls + tip, it came to about $52.

❗️The one complaint I would have is that the crunch in the Eskimo Roll ended up not being crunchy anymore when mixed with the spicy mayo. 😅 I really like the crunchy texture when I'm buying a roll that says 'crunch' or 'crunchy' so I wonder if it could be suggested to be made differently or with extra crunch ontop. 😋

♥️All in all, we'll be 100% coming back! We don't get sushi often because it's expensive (to us and our budgeting) but when we do, we're choosing Roll Roll! 😍🍣🥢

A true hidden gem in Wortley Village, and one that is long-overdue for a review from me!

Ever since I moved to Wortley (in May 2020), Roll Roll has been a beloved favourite. Roll Roll is a very unpretentious sushi takeout spot, and while it's not the same as some of the spots I had access to out in Victoria/Vancouver (few in Ontario are), for Southern Ontario, the rolls are very good, and it's easily IME the best and most affordable straightforward sushi in London.

Their prices are fair, and their speed of turning around orders is generally very quick. But what really distinguishes Roll Roll from other sushi spots--and restaurants in London--both in and out of London is their insane customer service. After two weeks of living in London, Julie (who usually takes orders over the phone) knew me by name name; after two months, she knew what I typically ordered and would just pick up the phone and say "Hi John! The usual tonight?". This standard doesn't seem to matter whether I'm ordering once a week, or once every couple of months. Their memories and level of care for their relationships with customers (I am under the impression that many have a similar customer experience) is just wild--maybe the best of any business I've ever experienced.

In truth, I kinda don't want you to order from Roll Roll, because I want them to stay our secret little wonderful Sushi spot in Wortley. But they are a really wonderful business, and you should give...

My absolute favourite sushi spot! My experience here was wonderful from ordering over the phone to walking out the front door.

Things to know: The restaurant itself only seats 8 people which makes it good for takeout or quickly grabbing something from there well stocked fridge. You have to preorder ideally 1-3 hours ahead of time to ensure you can be served. The owner takes a lot of pride in the way he creates and presents his food. Does this mean it takes longer to be served, yes but it’s worth it!

Customer Service: Really nice couple running this shop. The lady was so kind she even held the door open for me and offered to help me carry my food to my car. They will only take your order if they can fulfill it which I appreciated.

The Space: Smaller than your typical London sushi restaurant which means it’s nice & quite. They do have limited seating so I would call ahead if you are looking to dine in during peek hours. They have a fridge they stock daily with fresh food you can grab and go which is a very nice feature.

The Food: The menu is simple and deletions. They offer vegan and vegetarian options which is nice. The House Salad is really good I would recommend trying it. Everything was really fresh and tasted amazing. The salmon sashimi was delicious and presented beautifully.

This is now our go to sushi place! Highly recommend you check...

Alright, I'm not normally one for reviews, but this little sushi restaurant deserves one. I started coming here shortly after they opened up in London, and I have never once been disappointed. This is quite literally the best sushi that I have ever had, and the owners are just as amazing. Just by the presentation alone you can tell that they truly care about providing an exceptional experience, and the taste definitely lives up to this presentation. If you are looking for sushi that is a cut above the rest then look no further - don't let the cost scare you off as it is well worth it! I can recommend pretty much any of Roll Roll's special rolls as they are all very unique and tasty. A few of my personal favourites are the Bruce Roll, the Black Dragon Roll, and their Roll Roll Roll. You really can't go wrong with any of their sushi though, and they also do an incredible Salmon Poke bowl if that's more your style. This restaurant has 100% earned my 5 star review, and I plan on continuing to frequent this restaurant for as long as I can. If the owners are reading this then I just want to say thank you for all of the incredible experiences thus far - keep up the awesome work!
