This board game store only recently showed up, but I can tell it's going to be a mainstay in Wyandotte.
The store owners have been in the area for quite some time, formerly being a restaurant nearby the University; however, When COVID-19 came, they decided to try something different as business wasn't the brightest. They realized that there were no board game stores around the university, and are taking a shot at an untapped market in the area.
Solon is a very knowledgeable. friendly, and very approachable. You can tell he has enthusiasm for the TTRPG genre.
For stock (as of writing in 09/11/2021), I saw the following: Warhammer-related manuals and figurines -A stock of paint and sprays for custom figurines (With a paint station not ready as of writing this) Star Wars Legion Stocks of basic dice Settlers of Catan + the main expansion packs Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition player manual, DM manual + more A solid number of lesser-known board games and card games A few tables for play
If there's anything in-store that they might not have, he's cooperative to get them in stock for you. even if you have to wait a bit, BUY LOCAL.
Overall, the atmosphere is great, super friendly staff, and one of very, VERY few hobbyist stores in the West-end/University...

This store is a hidden gem in the City of Windsor. The store is small but very friendly and welcoming. I go for Warhammer 40K and painting supplies. The owner is by far the most knowledgeable in windsor with regard to painting miniatures and he has helped me on multiple occasions to find the right product for my needs.
