Sweet Chili Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ontario

Didn't like it one bit the food was cold and it was old the rice was microwaves that customer service sucked the last in a bottle cleanliness I saw bugs on the floor the walls are not clean there's no music playing it's not a very good environment it's just bad overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there when I asked him that my phone was on spicy because it isn't Indian restaurant and he said would you like me to get you hot sauce I don't know about you but that's not the response I'm looking for when I move to an Indian restaurant I will when I ask for spicy I would like it to be spicy my partner ordered mild and it was the same stuff that I got and it was very Bland no color no nothing it was just really it was disgusting and that's not Indian food I own a restaurant that's...

Absoloutley disgusting food. I went to sweet chilli after classes and got chicken tikka masala with rice and the masala was watery, and some chicken pieces were raw from inside. The rice was not even good as it was all sticking tougheter. I ordered food and it came out 5 minutes later, then I started eating and the chicken pieces had a frozen cold taste to it in the middle, which had an off taste, so it was probably microwaved. I dont know what happend to this place, but quality of food has gone way too downhill. Not that it matters but the food is being prepared by students who dont even probably know how to cook, atleast their should be chief so that these inconveniences dont occur, or students should be properly trained. Ordered from Uber. 1. Naans were machine made/packaged (not what you would expect from a restaurant). 2. Chicken Biryani was Just OK, could have been much better (very bland taste, lack of fresh ingredients). 3. Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala and "Chilli" Paneer - had sweetness and were both saucy and I would rate 2/10. 4. Tandoor Chicken was okay (medium size, even when an additional charge of $5 was paid).
