This rink, at one time was the central hub of my childhood. I use to play hockey in this arena before it was renamed " Brian Killrea Arena " and the one thing i remember was the rink was a very child friendly place.
The canteen was a very special place for me because after practice or a game we would get like 3-4$ and get a big bag of penny candy lol.
The Arena is not as big as others like the Jim Durrell arena or the Blackburn arena but i love it all the same.
The change rooms are very small and as a result gets very loud fast and the smell can get pretty strong with 15 players all in one room after a game.
