Ordered chicken panini, and a veggie panini, as well as an assortment of baked goods. All were tasty. Will try their catering service for office functions, and update the review.

Edit: Tried their catering service for a working lunch and was thoroughly unimpressed. The price is reasonable - $15/person for a panini, salad, fruit, and dessert. Delivery was late but not by much. Presentation is awful! Panini's came individually wrapped but not labelled or on a platter in any way. No one knew what they were eating until the sandwiches were unwrapped. This made it difficult for the vegetarians of the group to choose a sandwich. The cookies and fruit were on the same platter resulting in soggy cookies. The fruit was tasteless and out of season, but the parts of cookies that weren't soggy were flavorful. Salad was good, but horribly presented in an upsidedown tray lid.

Overall, I'll try them again, but if the food comes like this again, I won't be using them for...

I was craving something sweet, so I decided to try this place out considering it's local. I walked in from the back entrance and said hello to the woman working there (older person, red hair). I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say that she didn't hear me enter or say hello even though she was only a few feet away. I waited at the cash until that same woman addressed me. Her attitude was off and almost condescending. I asked for prices and descriptions of the cakes behind the glass because nothing was labeled, and the response I received was extremely passive aggressive (apparently the customer should just guess these things?? truly bewildering). Very poor service. I won't be back and that's too bad because it's only a few minutes from where I live, but I really can't bring myself to spend $$ in this economy at a place that makes me feel unwelcome. For those wondering: I purchased a small vanilla cake for $34.90. It looked pretty but tasted just ok....

Phenomenal sandwiches... when the proper ingredients are used.

Our office used to raid this place at least once a week, and word of mouth spread quickly. It was the craving of the week.

Then one day, a colleague of mine, a fairly regular customer, received a roast beef sandwich filled with deli meat instead of the authentic shaved roast beef they always use. Initially out of stock, the "owner" just ran to the shop next door and bought generic deli meats... No apologies for the obvious deception, just a refund and goodbye... I don't think any of us in an office of over 40 ppl have gone back since. We regularly tell the story around the office to this day to newbies, a story on how not to run a business.

The sandwiches are pretty good, but that one owner is pretty shady...

I realize they moved locations, but business practices remain the same despite the change in address....

Edit: 2nd Review The Second cake I got - lemon coconut cake - was the most disappointing cake I've ever had. Since the last cake I had was so amazing, we all had high expectations. I really wanted to love this lemon coconut cake yet it was extremely dry and dense. It felt like it was baked too long and tasted old. We only ate quarter of the cake and couldn't eat anymore. It was a very inconsistent experience. Went from a 10/10 to 1/10. Will not be going back for the cakes. If you cannot bake consistently then I just can't trust them for our special occasions. The cookies and peanut butter tarts are amazing. 1st Review Absolutely unreal. My sister got my birthday cake from here and it was so good. I got the lemon parfait and it wasn’t too sweet and the cake was so moist. The butter cream was delicious. Honestly one of the best cakes I’ve had in a very long time.

Oh my god. Where do I start? This place is amazing, we walked in at a later time in the day so of course there wasnt everything in shop. However, that did not shorten the selection. My girlfriend is gluten-free on the verge of celiac and she was able to have multiple dessert choices which is rare for her. The lady behind the counter was celiac so there was no urgency to confirm about cross-contamination. My sister in law got a lemonade, it was sublime almost like a lemon ice pop flavor. We got the baby chocolate truffle, chocolate raspberry mousse and an almond meringue. All of them were delicious, not too sweet, the raspberry was especially memorable because inside was a little chocolate cake. Overall we will be back for more! Can't wait to see what they make next!
