Vimy Memorial Bridge is located near Manotick and crosses the Rideau River. This arc bridge is 469 ft long and was opened in 2014. The bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding area and the Rideau River. There are wheelchair friendly pathways that run around and under the bridge that make it pleasant for an afternoon run or walk. I particularily enjoyed looking underneath the bridge and admired the attractive architectural design. If you like my reviews, photos or videos dont be a troll and give them a sunny side thumbs up

A wonderful place for nature strolls, good for walking, running and biking. Beautiful at sunrise and also at sundown. Very calm area. Great for industrial looking photo shoots.

Very cool bridge. The architecture lends well to photos. You can go underneath as well and see the great lines of the under structure. There is parking at the park next to it.

It is a great place to walk and enjoy the time while you enjoy the temperature outside.you can walk along the river if you like
