Iāve been torn about writing this review because my initial experiences at this location were great. Although it's a bit far from home, the new Clubhouse made it worth the trip. It became a fun and cozy spot for my grandkidsāespecially on rainy or chilly days. We watched several movies here including Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Moana 2, Paddington in Peru, and A Minecraft Movie. The kids always looked forward to it, and weād make a full outing of it with popcorn, drinks, and treats. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. The only seats left were in the front row, and I had no idea just how uncomfortable that would be. Watching a movie from that close requires tilting your head back and turning it to the sideāsomething I found physically straining, and even the kids were uncomfortable. They were still excited for the movie, so we stayed, but it definitely impacted the experience. I called and left a voicemail for the manager asking for a call back but never received one. Later that week, I received a follow-up email asking me to rate my visit. I shared my concerns through the link, hoping someone would reach outābut no one ever did. Despite that, I gave it another try when Lilo & Stitch was released. This time, I called ahead to confirm the showing times and made sure we arrived much earlier. Even so, when we got there a couple of hours early for the 3:00 show, only the front row and two seats in the row behind it were available. I asked about the 6:00 p.m. showing, and it was the same situation. While I really appreciate the concept and amenities this location offers, the lack of response from management and the consistently poor seat availability have made me reconsider making the long trip again. I hope they can improve customer service and seat management going forward, as this really was feeling like a great family-friendly destination. āļøāļøāļø (3 stars) This rating fairly reflects: The positive aspects: fun atmosphere, enjoyable Clubhouse experience, good movie selection, and excited grandkids. The drawbacks: uncomfortable seating, poor availability even when arriving early, and lack of response from management after two attempts to provide feedback.
I'm clearly not dismissing the venue entirely, but the repeated disappointments and lack of customer service definitely warrant a deduction. A 3-star review says, There's potential here, and I had some good times, but there are significant areas that need improvement.
If customer service had followed up with me, a 4-star might be justifiable. If it had been only the seating issue once, it couldāve still been a 4. But with repeated issues, 3 is a fair and...

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the VIP experience at Cineplex, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the entire journey was filled with luxury and comfort.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who guided me to the VIP lounge. The lounge itself was a haven of relaxation, complete with plush seating and a refined ambiance. The pre-movie service was impeccable, with a variety of gourmet food and drink options available for purchase. The convenience of ordering right from my seat ensured that I didn't miss a moment of the pre-movie buzz.
Moving into the screening room, I was taken aback by the comfort of the spacious leather seats. The room itself exuded elegance, and the ample legroom made the movie-watching experience all the more enjoyable. The best part? The absence of noisy patrons and the guarantee of a distraction-free environment.
Once the movie began, the quality of both the picture and sound was top-notch. The attention to detail in creating a premium viewing experience was evident, and it truly elevated the way I perceived the film. The reclining seats allowed me to settle in and immerse myself fully in the movie, making it a memorable cinematic experience.
The VIP treatment extended beyond the movie itself. The post-show lounge access allowed me to unwind and discuss the film with friends in a comfortable setting. It's evident that Cineplex has gone above and beyond to cater to the needs of its VIP patrons, offering an experience that sets a new standard for moviegoing.
In conclusion, my first VIP experience at Cineplex was nothing short of exceptional. From the plush lounge to the state-of-the-art screening room, every aspect was meticulously designed to provide a luxurious and enjoyable time at the movies. If you're looking to elevate your cinematic adventures, I wholeheartedly recommend trying out the VIP experience at Cineplex. It's a premium indulgence that's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service reps that were working here on August 2nd were horrible, they said I couldnāt order food when the movie started at 7:15 and made me go order and walk out when she couldāve just took my order. Or maybe she couldnāt, im not sure. But she kept ignoring me and walking away. Then she tells me to follow her to order and im following her and she goes all the way into the staff room and the door shuts on me. She didnāt even guide me to where im suppose to order??? And then I realized she meant at the desk. I paid for vip for a reason. I spent over $60 at the theatres. I needed my food brought to me and ordered at my seat. After 20 minutes I realized my food still not here, so I have to get up while the movie started to ask them. I say excuse me 2 times and both the man and woman around 7:15 were ignoring me. Honestly when the food came it was cold. Iām sure thereās a process online where you have to order but really? I paid for the service just come and take my order and give me hot food. Then when they come to you with cold food, they are so confused where to put the food. I had popcorn on my table and she was acting so confused like figure it out, is it my job or yours to direct me. I thanked them but I donāt think theyāre trying to do their job, just ignoring people who are paying for a service. Hire better customer service people? Thank you. We come here to enjoy a weekend, not have to walk up for our own orders after paying VIP. Plus missed the beginning of the movie and then my order finally came out, and cold. How horrible? Nonetheless the cineplex itself is good, clean spacious but workers are bad. I found the black guy was nice and helping me find the seats but the short girl with the curly hair and Asian man were pretty rude. Like someone stated in a previous review, itās also unclear how to order before the movie starts. Iāll have to look into it because thereās no instructions anywhere. It may be online but unclear. The waitresses should explain...
