Port Hope East Beach Playground — Attraction in Port Hope

Beautiful clean beach with a cute playground for kids. Washrooms are open to the public but weren’t the cleanest when we went (water and sand everywhere, kind of smelly). 99% of the people did wear their masks to enter the washroom so that was also reassuring how seriously visitors and locals are taking their health as well as others. The lake was very choppy when we went so we skipped swimming and just walked through it ankle deep. There is about 25 spots for parking and it does fill up by early afternoon.
