Me and my wife came here today, after going to bunzten lake for a hike but parking lot was full, This park is really unique we hiked along the ocean for about 45 minutes, great view of port moody and the mountains, towards the end of the park there's all these old remains of a mill, super cool to hike around and take pictures right on the beach. The walk is quite muddy so don't wear your good shoes, there's also a trail a little further up away from the beach. Cool place.

The inlet trail is an easy and relaxing stroll from Rocky Point to Old Orchard Park. On the north shore there are two trail options, a lower walking trail and an upper paved biking trail. If you visit Old Mill Site Park in late March / early April you can see the Great Blue Heron Rookery, which is best viewed from the upper trail.

This is an interesting area with the site of old mill. I was going through some debris in the water to see if anything meaningful was there. Fun imagining what was happening here years ago. There are little sandy beach and green picnic area with playgrounds near by. Also spotted heron colony in the area.

There's a trail right by the river and a paved trail a bit higher. I went with the trail by the river which had amazing views! I went on a weekend and it wasn't too busy and there's plenty of parking on the side of the road. Clean, plenty of benches to sit, and many photo spots as well.

Great viewpoint, close to Old Orchard Park. You can't go to the viewpoint directly due to covid19 "one way trail" policy so you'd have to walk pasa by the viewpoint area from the two-way paved road and take any alley/connector to the one-way only trail.
