Rocky Point Spray Park — Attraction in Port Moody

The park is lovely, loads of huge trees all around, great view of the sea, mountains, nice trails and walks all around the park. A great splash park and kids playground.

On weekends it can be crowded and it would be hard to find a parking spot.

Lots of people with cute dogs and lots of families too on weekends.

One of the great things here is that the park has couple of restaurants around and Rocky point ice cream store. There is a long line though for ice cream but it moves quite fast and the ice cream totally worth it. They serve coffee too ❤️

Also the park has two big parkings (but again gets really crowded on weekends). It has restroom. Swimming pool (but wasn't working when I was there). Has basketball playground. Loads of green space for...

It's a great park the play ground is nice but not well thought out. When I go to a playground I want to be able to see my kids playing from all over the play ground so that there are no blind spots. This way I don't have to worry about my kids not getting kidnapped or they don't get hurt. But this playground has a huge ship and so many blond spots I feel absolutely nervous. It's near the parking lot and my kids can run off in a matter of millisecond and run into the peaking lot with cars! There is also literally no proper place to sit. There needs to be benches sorrounding this playground so I can lay out my snacks so when the kids feel like eating they come and eat and then...

Dog park, playground, water park and field /outdoor concert area all on waterfront. And an incredible ice cream shop... All next to each other! The water park is robust... In fact, all the water park features are Jammed so close together, there isn't really an option for smaller kids and water-shy type to splash just a bit. Nope...
