Waves Coffee House - Port Moody — Restaurant in Port Moody

I come to a cafe to get the quality that I can’t achieve at home, but as a result I get some kind of incomprehensible slurry! I’ve been very upset lately by the quality of service in Canada. Everyone wants a tip and it doesn’t matter that they absolutely don’t know how to do they work. The photo shows the menu and what I got for almost $7 in reality. I looked at this cup of unpleasant mud for a long time and realized that I had simply been deceived! I approached the girl who prepared it and asked her “what is this?” and whether she made a mistake with the order. But the girl said quite confidently that it was the same drink and did not understand what my question was and if I wanted she could make it again. I said that it was not necessary. I didn’t tell her to give me my money back.I just understood that she doesn’t know how to make latte art and doesn’t even know how to make drinks from the menu. Just save your money and go somewhere...

I sometimes come to this location for a pre/post workout coffee and the staff have been friendly. Unfortunately not on Feb 6 around 7:15pm. I understand your place closes 7pm or 7:30pm ish so when i arrived the counter i asked your barista who looked like cleaning the coffee machine ‘are you closed ? Can i still order’. Her response was ‘huh’ and looked at me as if I asked a silly question, it was a few seconds dead silent until the supervisor came out from the back kitchen and took my order. I ordered a matcha latte and when the barista made it she gave me a side eye look.

I have no problem if they told me they are closing so I wont be ordering. The barista who gave me such a unpleasant should not really be working in customer service field. She genuinely...

The shop is located near the main entrance of Port Moody Recreation Complex. It provides a relaxing environment for the users of the community centre to take a coffee break, have a quick meal and enjoy casual chats with families and friends. Sitting next to floor-to-ceiling windows is nice. Food and beverage ranges are similar to other Waves Coffee. There is an ice-cream counter but I am not sure whether it belongs to Waves.
