This is a nice gallery museum situated at the heart of the city. It’s free when we visited on a Saturday morning. The lady receptionist was amazing and gave us a simple run down on what to see inside the gallery. The exhibit about the old Red Deer was well thought of and they put careful attention to details. I love that they have a couple of gallery rooms with toys and ‘drama-play’ activities for the toddlers. Read moreThe MAG has so many great aspects; staff, exhibits, classes, movies, rotation of displays, and the free ample parking just to name a few. We enjoyed the events during Family day 2024. They also have kids camps for the days schools are closed from 9-4 at a very reasonable price. Also every Saturday there are kids activities too.
