This review is for the security guard or parking attendant that was on shift on Sat. May 7th around 7:15 pm. I was parking my car (backing into a stall on the ground floor of the Empire Centre Parkade) and he wasn't courteous enough to check on me after I had just scratched my car on the concrete pillars. He just stared at me (for a good minute) while crossing the path in front of my car as I was parking which ultimately had me making a scratch on the body of my car. Then he just walked away. Really bad customer service. Stared me down and ultimately made me lose my concentration. Inconsiderate attitude and I could feel he was snickering to himself when he heard me scrape my car. I've visited this new restaurant named Royal Garden seafood restaurant for dim sum and dinner. Ample parkings on P3 which is the same lever of the restaurant entrance. High ceiling with chandeliers, It gives me a luxurious feeling, however the price of menu is affordable. Dim sum menu is full of goodies and no charge for tea. The spacious interior can host for tables for banquet and they also installed with dividers which can set up rooms for private party.
