So we went here for my son's 8th birthday. I liked that you can bring your own food which is great especially if your kid has dietary restrictions. At treehouse you can't do that so definitely worth it for that alone. I like how huge it is with so much to do. Parents don't pay but you can still bounce around with them. You won't last long but it's fun to try😂. Trust me after one trampoline round you will be sitting down and watching them from far bounce around. The one think I did not like was the music choice. A lot of music I wouldn't expect to be played around kids like R Kelly... Usher... I think they were trying to cater to the parents but really, I don't think I want my kid listening to let it burn... And all the adult related song that have lyrics which aren't appropriate for them. They could play kidzbop songs on YouTube and that would be more appropriate. Other then that it was a fantastic place to take the kids. They absolutely loved it. The times are priced in sets or per additional half hour so very affordable. We did 1.5hour for $20/ kid. Follow for more honest reviews from this mom of four❤️😊👍

**Edit: Happy with reply from business, about having to buy socks and their cleaning policies. Makes much more sense now, must buy grippy socks or go barefoot to avoid slipping and injury** It isn't the biggest trampoline park we've been to in Alberta, but it was still good enough sized we easily spent two hours here. I imagine it could have been longer, especially with my three year old. There are a variety of things to do here, they most enjoyed the rope swing into a pile of foam blocks (one which is especially high up and gives a thrill for older kids), the rope ladder, and the angled trampolines. We came on a day where it was buy 1 hour and get 2 more free so it was a very good deal. I would recommend. One annoying thing however, which felt like a moneygrab, was you could only wear barefeet or buy socks from them. I truly can't imagine socks are dirtier than bare feet. Even someone's personal socks must protect others more than bare feet when it comes to things like warts, fungal infections, and just general toe dust and sweat. We opted out of buying expensive socks. But it felt gross!

Was a great first experience with our 2 children. 3 and 6 Price is fair. We weren't hounded at our time limit which was great trying to get our littles out who had a fantastic time. Staff was super friendly and around to start and help with things before you finished thought of a question. Excellent to be able to book time slot to go in with reduced capacity due to covid. Staff all wore masks and could be seen constantly cleaning. Even with a mask on you could still tell you have a happy staff. Everything was clean. Bathrooms even smelled clean (and not that nasty clean smell but decent) hot water to wash hands in bathroom. Great job today guys we will 100% be back here Only downside we did not see a place to fill water bottles only a water fountain which is a rad nervous right now so we did not use. Small concession area with lots of junk food(chips candy chocolate nachos) and drinks but they do allow outside food

We just had our daughters party here today at the northwest location. We were booked for 2pm. We arrived early and had already filled out our waivers online. We waited 5 minutes to get to the front then they sent us to sign in at the concession. The lineup there was huge and they only had 2 ppl there. The person who "helped" us. Finally got my 2 kids checked in and our party confirmed. Then he didn't give us anymore information. We asked where our table was and he pointed over to all the tables and helped the next person. We never paid the remainder of our bill at this point. The tables were all dirty and no signs were up to indicate where we were supposed to go. I waited another 10 minutes for one of the moms that was with us to get her daughter checked in. Then went back to the front to discuss the lack of a table. Time now is 220pm 35 mins from when we arrived so far. They pointed over at the tables again and I said "come on guys they're all dirty..." one kid finally took charge and went and got the table cleaned and cleared for us. Time now is 230. 45 minutes since we arrived. Our time was from 2-330 so this was becoming a serious waste of time. I seriously questioned why there was only teens on shift and no adults at all. Absolutely none the entire time I was there. Not a single adult staff member was present. There was almost no supervision on the trampolines they had 1 staff on the trampolines and 1 staff running the round jumping thing and that was it. Highly unimpressed especially with the cost. We were also supposed to receive napkins, forks and plates and we never received any at all. Eventually a person came and brought us our pop and coupons to give to the kids. But i did have to go ask for cups as those were never provided either. Luckily I brought my own plates and forks and napkins just in case and had those available for the kids to use. No one ever asked us to pay the rest of our bill and we very likely could of walked out without doing so and many ppl probably have. We went and paid the rest of our bill and left. We won't be booking here in the future. They need more adults on staff and a party coordinator to make sure the party ppl are getting service. We received none other than the one kid who brought the pop. Extremely overpriced for a party of such...

I want to start by saying the Staff here are 100% amazing and the level of customer service was out of this world! I booked my son's 7th birthday party here this past weekend. I booked the jump time and table separate and not as a package as it was cheaper and worked better for our needs. I started by emailing the birthday email I found on the website and every response was very fast, they answered all my questions and were SO helpful. Finally I decided to book it and I went in and paid the deposit. It was SO easy. This next piece of advice has nothing to do with the facility or the staff but since we didn't have the table at the start it made it a little chaotic to keep track of the parents and kids as they where coming in. I recommend having a sign with your child's name to catch the attention of the parents because I litterally had one parent leave without registering the kid. I STRONGLY recommend doing this. The way I booked it was I had the kids jump for an hour then I booked a table for half an hour for cake and presents. They gave me the table 15 minutes early to set up which was so wonderful.. especially because when I checked in and gave them my cake and pop when we first arrived they never took my name.. well the pop ended up coming back to me with 3 quarters of all the bottles gone.. at first I panicked but the girl helping me was so amazing she didn't even hesitate she gave me pop from the machine they had there so the problem was solved right then and there. I was content and happy with that. BUT then she came to me after and she actually went to her manager and explained what happened and they covered the rest of our bill that wasn't covered in our deposit!!!!! AMAZING!!! I was NOT expecting that! THAT is customer service!! BRAVO!!! I have had SUCH bad experiences with past birthday parties and In three years and six parties the customer service I received here was far better than any other birthday party facility I've been...

I just had the worst experience at this place last Sunday. I usually don’t write reviews for places because I’m never too bothered by anything but I was just shocked throughout my entire visit. I only went to accompany my friend and her kids but on numerous occasions that day I heard awful language and saw horrible etiquette from both the manager on duty and some of the male staff. I understand some of the employees are still in school and such but when those conversations are going on between them and the manager it becomes an issue. And the fact that this is a place for children makes it even worse. While attempting to get attention from some employees near the front I noticed a few employees sitting casually on their phone in the room. Now while this may not seem like a big deal as they might have been on their break, there were many there and they were there for a long while. I know because I waited patiently for assistance but gave up after a while. The conversation you can hear from time to time from them aswell was not pleasant and easily heard outside the office. Swearing and inappropriate topics were some of the things I noted. As this being a kids place its super frustrating to make sense or reason with if they should be doing this and its quite obvious that its not ok at all. This is a kids and family place. Yes everyone should be allowed to talk about what they want but there is a time and place and this is not the place. I am extremely disappointed, especially with the manager who was there at the time, super unprofessional, seemed like he didnt care, and overall was not...
