My experience with rose wasn’t very pleasant (leaving this review on my husbands account) but I entered this location needing to send money to my Dad. 1000$ USD. I was treated like I was doing something wrong because I had 10 5 and 20 bills(smaller bills)?? And told she refused to take that currency(Canadian money). She wasn’t kind and considerate, she was very hesitant and made it a weird experience. It’s a bank and I can take loonies and toonies there to my knowledge shouldn’t be a reason to refuse a paying customer, a daughter trying to get money over to her dad in the US. I went to another money mart location and the lady sincerely apologized and was happily willing to help me. This other location was very confused as to why I was refused service: I then called rose and let her know that this was unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas and I didn’t even get an apology. Read moreI have been helped by Rose and Andrea for years at this location and they are always professional and courteous. I always feel welcomed and well informed for all services at this location. This is the only location I will deal with because the standards are so high and well met. I do hope they make this location more accessible for wheelchairs/walkers and maybe some much needed updating inside for the staff and clientele.
