Date: July 11th, 2023 Assistant Manager- Doug (Worst ever manager interaction and customer experience at supposedly best customer service store)
If there was an option of 0 or negative star, I would have chosen that. This is my go to walmart, because this has most Indian stuff in my area. On July 11th, 2023 I went to this walmart twice. When I went in the morning they had misprinted tag on Google Buds Pro (it was supposed to be $259.99 but $2 was misprinted so only 59.99 was visible) this is a mistake from Walmartâs end because for a customer it just looked like 59.99 and I had my hopes up and planned to buy but late assistant manger (Doug) came and said that walmart doesnât have this policy at all that if you find wrong tag youâll get a compensation on the product. Said it was an honest mistake and canât be compensated for that. For this time I agreed and went. Later at night when I came back to buy something else, I saw that not a complete tag was present under same product (Google Buds Pro) and it was priced at $65.98. I called the electronic associate to check and she said that not itâs $65.98 by looking at the tag and I planned to buy it again, but later when she took the product out (because all electronic products are in locker to which only electronic associate has the key to), she said that itâs 259.99. Twice in a day I found the same product wrongly marked. To this concern we again called Doug (assistant manager) and he refused to even listen to us. As soon as he came, both the electronic associate blamed us that somehow we changed the tag even though it was in a locker, said that put a complaint wherever I want and didnât even listen our statement and walked away.
Walmart is supposed to be an example of good customer service, but with this experience Iâll give walmartâs example of bad customer service, bad management and unethical behaviour. They kind of blamed us for fraud buy mentioning that we had to do something with wrong tags rather than accepting their mistake.
If anyone from Walmart higher management is reading this, I want to...
Read moreLiterally disgusted by the service provided at customer service today. When I showed up there was at least 5 other people ahead of me with one employee working who was confused about everything. Finally another employee shows up, same thing. Everyone in line is getting super frustrated. My issue was that the deodorants I had purchased rang up the wrong price. Therefore, scanning code of practice would apply for all of them. (PSA: If one of your items scans up higher than advertised you get it for free if it's under $10 and $10 off if its over $10, look it up for next time so walmart doesn't screw you over!!) This employee had to get a customer service manager because she wasn't familiar with the policy (which is fine). Customer service manager (Daniel) was pleasant at first but his attitude quickly changed. First of all, he didn't know the proper information about the SCOP policy, then started yelling at me for bringing my items to customer service when I could have done it at checkout because it was too much of an issue for him to deal with. FYI Daniel, anytime I do SCOP at a cashier, they are unaware of the policy either and 99% of the time they make me go to customer service and 2. it's not my problem walmart didn't have enough employees working at customer service and the line is getting longer, this is where these issues are supposed to be solved. After explaining point #1 to him when he was finished yelling at me, he interrupts me and says "don't interrupt me listen to me very carefully and then I will listen to you and won't interrupt." (didn't even interrupt you but ok and why would you even speak to a customer like that). Being the polite person I am, I listen to him finish ranting to me for seeking help at customer service and then I try and explain what I was trying to say again and this man interrupts me again!! I was appalled. Disgusting service. I was here for an entire hour in line. I know tons of others have this...
Read moreI live a little better than an hours drive away from moosejaw. Before groceries were added, there was a good selection of merchandise, shoes, sewing/craft supplies ,lawn and garden. Etc. Now the selection for most merchandise is so limited, that those items are no longer available. But.... now there are groceries. Groceries have been a part of mj walmart for more than a year and every time I go, which is 1 or 2 times a month to do a shop, there are shelves and shelves empty, all the time. By now, who ever manages should have a good idea of what sells and how quickly so should always have those products on hand. I spoke briefly to the manager today, voicing my concerns and was told some of the problem lies with the companies that stick themselves. Also there are deliveries every night. Well I am looking for a bag of brown sugar at 2pm and the shelf is bare. Totally. Would it not be better to maybe, have shelves stocked at night when deliveries arrive? Cuz it is kind of hard to sell products that people want when they are not on the shelves. Twice, I have started loading my cart and walmart being out of at least a third of the items on my list, I stopped , left my cart in the aisle and left the store. I have been told i am not the only one. Ky son manages a grocery store in vancouver and i have discussed this with him. He agrees, the shelves should be stocked so customers can shop. U have a management problem, obviously, .. a serious lack of customer appreciation ,and floor staff take no pride in their jobs. As a customer I find this insulting. On the flip side I do find the cashiers helpful...
