I have completed my very first acquisition of a house with David, as a newcomer to Canada. Basically, I had very limited knowledge of how the whole process was about to be, as it is very different from my home country. David went through all of the steps (several times!) with a lot of patience, and answered clearly all of my questions. Also, at the time of my search, the market was absolutely crazy, he was super responsive to set up the appointments to visit the houses in a timely fashion, and he was very much available for my busy schedule. It was difficult for me to make a decision, I hesitated with several houses, required to re-visit some of them, and overall we spent several months of visiting many different houses, but he stayed very patient! He was able to answer very honestly the questions about the houses (e.g. "do you think I should buy this one?", answering clearly). He also helped me find the inspectors and the lawyer to complete the whole process, as I did not know anyone. Now, I am in a house that I really like, in a fantastic neighborhood. I would definitely get in touch with him, for selling or buying another house...

Ania is a fantastic realtor. She found me exactly what I was looking for and even encouraged me not to settle when I was becoming discouraged after viewing a few houses that looked deceptively good in pictures and were disappointing in reality. We held out and found me a dream home I love 10 years later.
