Albion X-Ray & Ultrasound — Attraction in Toronto

I recommend not to go there to everyone. They are not trained. I did an ultrasound from somewhere else and shows baby is transve but they shows cephalic . All they are are u professionals. I was asking about the scan report when can I get it which was done on 11.09.2024. They emailed me back and said you will not get it Your Doctor will provide it to you. But on that day the girl who was sitting in the front why than she asked that you can send us the email and we can send it to you after 3/4 days. If she is not trained and not aware about the process there is no way to sit in the front and missguid the clients.

And I know I will get it from my Doctor but I was surprised that I will get it earlier and can read my report and compare it with my another scan. And even they were speaking not English by self they were talking another language in front the clients. This is not the way to work with other languages. Even the Doctor who did the scan was talking with a girl with a green coloured scrub scuits who was also there . I will say not to go there. As Profession I’m a RN and know everything. They people thing they don’t know what we are doing. Even the doctor didn’t gave us a picture of clip as Others are providing a clip . This is worst place to go for X-ray. It took forever for them to get the results sent to the doctor. Do not go there if you wanted in 4 days or less. My son is sick but also not an emergency so I can take him to the hospital. Tried to call them first third day after visit and they said it takes 3 business days to write up the result. Call them the next day and they said it takes 4 business days to write up the result. Worse every place. I know writing a review won’t change much from their side but at least I can let people know not...

Very unprofessional services. They are rude, and cause a lot of miscommunication. They called and booked an appointment for my father and when my father called to ask They kept saying they had no appointment for him. We wasted 2 hours going back and forth and they finally realized they called with false information and he didn't need an appointment.
