I ordered the pizza online and when I went to go pick it up there was a lady cleaning the fryer had her cleaning gloves on she asked me what I wanted I said I was there to pick up my order without taking the gloves off forget about washing her hands she didn’t even take off her gloves and she bring my pizza box I didn’t say a word although that was absolutely disgusting then she cashed me out with those cleaning gloves on still grabs my drinks and dip with those disgusting gloves on. I wanted to say something but I held myself back. I come home and literally as soon as I bit into the sec slice there was a cardboard piece inside my pizza I bite into it and it felt weird I take a look it’s those small pizza box hole remaining. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I then proceeded to call customer service about this issue the guy said “we’ll give you $10 credit” I said I don’t want your stupid credit this is absolutely unacceptable. That man puts me on hold for good 3-4 mins he’s like you can go pick up another pizza they make you a new one. I was like I just bite into cardboard do u really think I wanna drive back and get another pizza gimme a refund this mans says sorry we can’t do that. Mind you this a health hazard on top on that literally giving food with gloves that you are dealing with chemicals from is another huge safety hazard and even after this the customer service guy was rude, useless and absolutely helpless. I place should be...
Read moreWent in to grab a slice. Nothing really looked like it was just made so decided to order a Hawaiian slice. As the person cashing went to get the slice, they were twirling the peel(that's the stick they use to move the slice to the oven). Not sure if he had a lapse of thinking but he did it while the slice was on it and threw the slice on the floor. He apologized and looked very panicked. Not sure if they pay for what they waste, but that wasn't my issue. I asked him how will it be for them to make a Hawaiian pizza and he said 30 minutes of which i couldn't wait. I ordered a slice of pepperoni but when i got home, the bottom was burnt.
I knew the previous owners who were wonderful people and well liked in the community. They took pride in this location, the food and how they interacted with the community. Not sure what has happened to this location or why Pizza Pizza continues to operate it. The staff are pushy and lack any customer service training, turnover is very high and the food is almost always burnt. This is truly the last time I will associate with this location. I understand running a restaurant can be difficult, I grew up in a family restaurant and was the supervisor of it for several years, but putting out poor service and food that is not enjoyable and inedible...
