I am opening up a new shop alongside one of my artisan suppliers (two companies under one roof) and this place exceeded our expectations!

We were in the market for two 3 door used fridges and we found exactly what we were looking for with the help of Jonathan! We couldn't have done it without him. We were both so shocked to see how high the morale was between the employees at this place and Johnathan explained that they do not work on commission. This makes the world of a difference when you are looking for honest pricing for equipment. Jonathan is friendly, professional, funny and is such a genuine salesman (two words seldom heard in the same sentence) and we are so grateful that he helped us find what we needed for the next chapter in each of our ventures. This was such a fun and positive experience for us!!

The other factor that was quite surprising was the size of the place! It is HUGE, they have absolutely everything from brand new to endless rows of used equipment. But the best part is the refurbishing warehouse!!! Once we picked out our fridges, they got sent to be refurbished. New paint, new parts etc. They're getting facelifts! Talk about a one stop shop. We were so happy that Jonathan took us to see the whole operation. It is so cool.

Our fridges will arrive this week and we can't wait to receive them. Jonathan is our new go to guy for all of our equipment needs. Thank you so much Jonathan and Canada...

I bought iron skillets from this place. But because they were not the right size I had to return them. When I went to return it I was told that there is no refund but only in store credit. So the the sales person gets a piece of paper and hand Wright’s on it the the credit amount to which I was kinda shocked that in today’s computerized world this is very old school who does that today. So my total credit was a $175.00. I go in the the next time and and I purchased a few other stuff which came out to about $82.00 So l told the sales person that I have a credit of 175 to which he goes and gets a big binder and starts looking for the credit page after struggling with it for good 10 mins or so he managed to find it and deducts the 82 dollars from it and tells me now you still have a credit of $93.00. I said ok and left. Today after a couple of months I go to buy a few other things and told the sales man that I still have a credit of $93.0 which I would like to use it up so he goes to get the same big binder and starts looking for the credit page again struggling to find the page which to my surprise he never found and tells me sorry buddy you must have used it up. Repeatedly explaining to him that I never did he wouldn’t believe. This place is a scam to me whatever you do never leave any credit with them other wise you never gonna get...

I tried to give this place a another chance today but as usual the sales rep completely lied to us. We went to buy a dough mixer and negotiated a used one down to $900. My husband suggested $875 and the guy was like I will do it but take away the warranty. When I asked what was wrong with it before they refurbished it he said absolutely nothing but then said he wouldn’t sell it to us at all with a warranty. Then this guy tried to upswell us by saying the dough mixer isn’t able to mix dough, only light stuff like pancake batter so we would be better off getting a brand new one. We used the same exact machine he was talking about for over 10 years and kept saying it couldn’t mix dough because it was from China. We decided to walk away and get a brand new dough mixer made in China from another company for only $1,500 with a 1 year warranty and free delivery to our door. The company we bought it from is a Canadian owned and operated company that imported the mixer we purchased.

Canadian Food Equipment- we have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and to be lied to in order to upsell is absolutely ridiculous. Please do not degrade your customers and speak poorly about other cultures.
