I've been a regular at this taco joint for a while, and usually, the staff is great—they always recognize and acknowledge us as regulars. However, one staff member, the lady with short black hair who served us around 1:15 p.m. today, consistently falls short in this regard. She never acknowledges us as regulars, and more importantly, she often gives noticeably smaller portions compared to the rest of the team.

Today, I pointed out that the guacamole portion she served us was less than usual. She claimed it was because they were using a larger cup due to running out of smaller ones, which isn't true based on my experience. Her response was dismissive, even saying she'd tell the rest of the staff to give us less in the future. This was quite rude and felt uncalled for, especially since the portion sizes have never been an issue with other team members.

The chicken in our jerk chicken tacos is consistently minimal when she serves us, and the broken tortilla chips only add to the disappointment. I’ve had to ask multiple times to have the chips replaced, which seems to irritate her. Her attitude towards us feels off, almost like there's animosity, and it's making our visits less enjoyable each time. Given that prices have also gone up, it’s frustrating to deal with someone who seems unwilling to provide the service we're paying for.

I’m more than happy to discuss this with the owner if they’re interested in addressing this and making things right. For the time being, we won’t...

FOOD IS NOT CHEAP : There are people saying food is cheap (3 tacos for 10$), except that If you are expecting to reasonably fill yourself up you will have to get atleast (6 for 20 or 9 for 30). The only way - 3 for 10 - can be considered well priced in terms of quantity, is if you are a Victoria Secrets model.

Only good thing here are the tacos, and not all of them for that matter, for that they get 2 stars.

Portions are too small, price isn't reflective of small portion and cheap ingrediants.

Burrito was downright one of the worst I've ever had. I've had better from fast food burrito chains in the area. Quality of the ingrediants in the burrito filling was just extremely poor as well as the relative ratio of those ingrediants. My wife and I came here a couple days ago for burrito bowls. My order was actually very good, although my wife was not impressed and there was almost no chicken in her bowl. We would potentially order from here again for delivery, however we will NEVER be going there again. The staff employee who was working at the register was probably the rudest I have ever encountered. I wish I knew her name to put it here so that the manager would hopefully see it and have a talk with her (unless she is the manager, which would be even more disappointing). She was the older of two women working behind the counter, hopefully that is ID enough.
