Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Nope. I do not want to recommend this place to anyone. I came to Boston Pizza at the lunch time to order two pizzas for one of my employee's birthday. One of those pizzas was Royal Hawaiian. Royal Hawaiian is the only Hawaiian pizza on their menu. A couple of hours later on my way home I stopped by at that place to order two Hawaiian pizzas to go. There was no host or menu in the waiting area, I waited for a few minuted to be served and order two Hawaiian pizzas. I was unaware that they have two types of Hawaiian pizza: one is Royal Hawaiian (which is a part of their menu), second one is Hawaiian (the off menu pizza). When I discovered that I was given the wrong pizza I come back to the restaurant... and this is a reason I would not go there again: after back and forward with polite explanations and even offer for them to make me a proper pizza at a discounted price (ya, I would end up with three pizzas), I was told that unfortunately they can't do anything to rectify THEIR mistake. They said "No". They did not care that no one told me about the second "under-the-table" Hawaiian, that no menu was available at the counter and , as such, I simply could not open it and show to the waitress the one I wanted, and they confirmed that even I had their menu in my hands there is no second Hawaiian on that menu. How should I supposed to know it?? I was shocked. They have a zero customer service and no ability to accept their own failures. ... Personnel is OK, but prepare to wait for a waitress to show up to greed you. They always somewhere at the back...Terrible place with greedy or maybe just ignorant management. PS. Hawaiian pizza is very plain...

I went to this location recently with my friend because I used to work close by before I retire and we wanted to have good time in a very friendly place. Their service did not change all the years,the same friendly place and atmosphere with very good employees. The service is excellent and very professional as in my previous visits. As in the past we were looked after by our old friend Lucy F. She is a very good,professional and friendly human being. Lucy's service was excellent as in our previous visits. From what I saw while there she is like a family to lots of customers. Lots of customers were very happy to see Lucy. Lucy makes sure that we all are feeling home and that we get the best service possible in this industry. We were very happy to see that she is still there taking care of the business and that she is healthy after what went with the virus. The service was excellent and the pizza we got was very good and done to our satisfaction. Lucy as well as her colleaques are a very good asset to this store. I hope that who ever runs this place knows that she/him have very good employees working there. Very good employees are very hard to replace these days. Very good employees, like Lucy brings more business ,retains and grows the business. To Lucy as well as her colleagues keep up the good work,stay safe and healthy as much as possible. Boston Pizza provides you with a great customer experience and the meals and deals are always great as well. Located right in the heart of the North York area , Boston Pizza is what I would call "Super Cool" for the area. The menu has a surprising like for all tastes in mind and provides you with enough menu items to choose from that you might want to come back for more. Their menu has a wide range of everything from Burgers 🍔 to Steaks to Bowls of Asian Delight . It does satisfy everyone who walks through the door. There's even a kids menu that in place just in case you bring the family along. My favorite Boston Pizza 🍕 experience was the sheer satisfaction and enjoyment of their 1 pound - 2 pound wings. There was a wicked combo that came in place with the wings in which beer 🍻 was included as well. I pretty much enjoyed the whole satisfaction of their wing night 🌃 considering it was a UFC Night. I will definitely will be back for some more Boston Pizza , especially on the patio now that Summer is here and the experience with friends and atmosphere. That's the reason why we pay so much for the dining experience , is due to the atmosphere.
