Super organized. You are greeted by firemen outside, inside you will be asked if you are ill, if you have been outside Canada, etc. You are given a sheet to check off, two sided. You're directed to another person at a desk you checks your sheet, then you go to an orange line on the floor. From there you are sent to an inoculation desk. Again they look at your health card, ask if you have a preferred side for the needle and if you are right handed they recommend the left arm. You will not feel the needle it is so thin. You are given a receipt that you have been inoculated and you go to where there are numerous chairs and sit there in case you have a reaction, none while I was there. There's a big clock so you can see when your 15 minutes wait is up, go to yet another desk to check out and you are done. Lots of free parking and they even have a shuttle bus from the Finch(?) subway station...
Read moreBooked my booster shot here on Friday and got a slot on Sunday and the whole experience was awesome! The community centre itself was great - clean, well laid out. All in all a wonderful experience. So very grateful to TPH and its team members; I’m truly amazed that after so many months of this they still seem to be upbeat and positive. So fortunate to live in...

I called them to ask, and they said it would be refunded to my credit card, so I just had to wait. I wanted to enroll in another course instead, so I browsed the site for a bit and tried to sign up for a new course. That’s when I found out that the money I had paid wasn’t refunded to my credit card—it was actually refunded as account credit.
The ignorant staff member was so sure of her knowledge. If you’re not sure, at least check before giving wrong...
