Worst customer service and management in this location! 4 people including 2 managers old guy with white hair, and one chinese lady standing behind the counter and they were discussing their stuff and all confused from nowhere. They all ignored the big line up with almost 7 people on the line and only cared about what they had struggled with it. The persian young lady as a teller who seemed very new to her role had some bills in her hands and looked at the old guy who seemed to be a CSR supervisor to get some help and took long to figure out how to solve the problem at that register. The only person who was serving at the cash was that persian lady who stopped working as she was very confused what she was doing. She had no one to get some help. The young chinese guy at the other register was busy with his stuff and not looking customers on the line at all. The old guy also was trying to hide himself behind the last register which is for business customers and totally ignored the line up and very relax with no apologize from customers. They all should get fired! They have not trained very well how to serve customers at Bank. Customer service is a skill which cannot be unnoticed. Shame on them who are wasting customer’s time. They have no right to do that in a very renown institution. Please check the camera between 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm to see how your workers having fun instead of doing their task in their role. To be honest they are not a right fit for these positions. You better look for more professionals people at work. No one forcing them to work they can stay home and enjoy their free time with their family. We don’t appreciate their awful...
Read moreI am satisfied with ALL TD Banks and branches. I have been using TD ever since I set foot in Canada more than 40 years when I was young. Now that when I'm older, TD took it upon themselves to protect my account from scammers. This location is my original branch. I remember a few years ago, somebody who was supposed to be from Shoppers trying to scam me, asked me to do a review, and the reward was an iPad. It said I only had to pay an amount of $2.00 for shipping and handling, and I gladly paid them. The next thing I knew, they were trying to withdraw another $90.00 from my account for delivery of the iPad to me. Sadly, i have never received the iPad. TD Banks had stopped that scam immediately for me and advised me to get a new access card immediately with a different number. People need to know: If you have lost your card, you need to get another access card immediately with a new number so that the person who is holding your old access card won't be able to use it. You need to go to your nearest branch to report your lost card, and the branch will give you a new access card with a new number immediately right on the spot. There is no waiting period. The bank employee will help you to link your new access card to all your accounts, if necessary. And if you need a new card with your name on it, you can request it too, but in the meantime, you can still temporarily use the one they give to you. I just want to share my experience with everyone. TD Bank has been my bank for all my life, and I think they are doing a good job to protect...
Read moreMy disappointment with this branch stemmed from one of the managers (She had an accent. She was on the shorter side, older than most of the staff, and possibly some highlights in her hair).
First arriving at the bank, there was maybe 4 people in line, and when the manager and the teller (being trained) were done with the customer, the manager continued to speak with the customer off topic about something completely different from banking. Poor teller was stuck in this awkward situation and just kept nodding, while the manager was having a grand old time talking with this customer, occasionally taking her mask off to better project her irrelevant story. This is whilst 4 people are standing and waiting in line to speak to one of 3 tellers. This was going on for at least 8 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional. The line even grew to 6 people at this point.
Finally it was my turn. First thing she did was start questioning me about personal matters in a very condensing tone, as to why I don't have a joint account set up with my spouse.???????. EXTREMELY rude to be asking customers personal questions like that. I was absolutely appalled.
Shame on TD for putting a person with such an inflated ego in a managerial position. Absolutely useless. I will never come back to this branch again.
My interactions with the younger staff...
