Sandown Park — Attraction in Toronto

We frequent this park weekly for soccer.

Parking (loads of street parking, free) Play structure (also, it’s a distraction for little kids are supposed to be playing soccer) Splash pad, simple but no more is needed Water station, to refill water bottles Shade, very little shade. There will be more soon. The trees are growing! I am giving the park a 4/5 because of lack of shade though. Watching soccer games in the sun is hot! Gazebo, great for when a soccer game...

Small, welcoming and bustling neighborhood park. Plenty of seating area with benches, carved stones and a gazebo (which always seems to be occupied by people smoking -__-). See saw, swings, slides are popular with our children. Intetesting climbing and hanging challenges for older kids and the splash pad is a nice feature. Would be nice to have a washroom to change after splashing. Overall, good park to...
