Sunflower and Gifts Inc. — Attraction in Toronto

Completely disappointed with the quality and service. Paid over $40 a week ahead of time for a big bouquet. My sister was told to come pick up at at a certain time. Called about 15 minutes prior to pick up to let the lady know we’d be running late due to traffic. She didn’t remember what we wanted at all. Hadn’t written down our order, and hadn’t made anything. My sister reminded her what we didn’t want in the bouquet. She assured us that it would be big and beautiful. When we arrived, it was nothing like we were promised. It was tiny (could have gotten the same thing from Metro for half the price), some of the flowers looked old and it had none of the flower we spent a half hour picking the week prior. This is the best flower shop in Toronto. For all my occasions I go nowhere else to order flowers. I have tried other shops but nobody does a better job than Sally. She is passionate about her work and does an incredible job putting arrangements together. The flowers are always beautiful, vibrant and fresh. Just recently we made several orders for a funeral. Flowers from all the guests were lined up side by side along a wall and it was evident our orders were the most beautiful. Back in March, while I prepared funaral arrangment for my late mother. I need lots of flowers baskets in a short time. I contacted a few flower shops, nobody was able to take my order. After I called Sunflower and Gifts, the store owner was very helpful. She sent me pictures for me to choose. We worked until late night to determine my selections. And she delivered the large amount of flower baskets in a very short time frame and delivered on time. When the flowers were delivered, I mistakenly over paid her $300, she returned to me.
