I made an order from here for a birthday that consisted of roses and a balloon. I received the package via contactless delivery on my porch due to covid and got a text message that it was delivered. I brought it inside right after and noticed that one of the small balloons inside was deflated. I immediately texted back the number 10-15 mins later letting them know the concern and I had already read their terms & conditions before texting. I received a call shortly after from who I presume is the owner and she said that since it’s a balloon, it can deflate and that there was nothing they can do about. She said, “It’s not like we did it on purpose, that’s just the nature of the balloon and it can be due to weather and storage and such. It says that in our terms and conditions.” Their terms and conditions states that once the balloon has been delivered/picked up that they were no longer responsible for the balloon if it has deflated or popped. What she didn’t understand was that it didn’t deflate after I received it, I RECEIVED IT ON MY PORCH IN THAT CONDITION. There is a difference.
What makes it worse is that she had the nerve to post on their Instagram right after our phone call reiterating that they are not at fault if balloons deflate. Maybe she should have also let her customers know that they may also receive them already deflated and they will not do anything about it 😒. I rechecked the terms and conditions hours later and saw that she had added on that they are not at fault for deflation what so ever due to the “balloon’s nature”, which contradicts their terms of picking up balloons on time. So I guess even if you picked it up on time and it’s already deflated, it’s STILL not their fault. It seriously does not make sense to me.
I spent roughly $155 total and received a defected balloon that costed roughly $45 and wasn’t even able to get a PARTIAL refund for it. Instead, I was offered a 15% discount on my NEXT purchase that requires a $75 minimum spend and expires in 5 months. What a joke. I don’t need the discount code as I’m never ordering from here again. I just had my son's 2nd birthday and I wanted something specific (cocomelon) to be exact, and man did they deliver, it was better then I have ever expected. My son was so happy, his reaction was priceless and his ballon was just amazing, the details are incredible if you are looking for something unique this is the place. He knew I had been looking at the Instagram page for months trying to decide what colour I should get to match my home studio. That is why I was so pleased that I didn't have to make the decision myself, and that he was able to work closely with The Little Bloom Box to ensure I would get the perfect colours. I get so many comments on how beautiful and fresh the roses look. People are even more surprised that, not only have I had them for months, they will last more than another year.
