Countryside Preserve — Attraction in Uxbridge

Really amazing piece of country in the town of Uxbridge. Great trail with marker posts with maps on them and numbers. Mostly even terrain but there is also alot roots and even terrain in certain places. If you come with as stroller be sure to have a cushion for baby head. Take your time and enjoy this wonderful environment. Blessed forestry lots of variety and plenty endangered monarchs. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Really nice short trail. Great for kids. They can count the markers as you go. Well signed and not to busy. Make sure to hit marker 10 which is at the top of a hill with great views. There are benches throughout the so you can stop to eat. The trail head is right behind walmart which is handy if you need to pick up snacks or use the washroom. The trail has its own small parking lot but there ample parking near by if its full. Dogs are allowed but...

Great hiking location. Large map to detail hiking trails, post points, benches throughout the preserve, trails through woods and fields. Hills and Dale's so moderate hiking is required.
