I had always seen this location as just an average Tim Horton's, until one time I went and ordered the usual Venti Double Double with 7 hash-browns. I collected my order and realized that there were only 6 hash-browns present in the bag. I immediately felt a crushing pain, being reminded of the inevitability of failure and death accompanied with life. I sat there in disbelief, contemplating whether all this was worth it. Then, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed the angel that would save everything. "Everything OK?" he asked. "No... There has been terrible mistake" I replied, with a tone of sorrow. "One of my hash-browns is missing". "Oh, I'll check it out" he replied. Mere nanoseconds later, the glorious man returned with my long lost hash-brown. I thanked him and went on with my day, not before I noticed his name tag read out "Kyle". This Italian stallion of a man who took it upon himself to march the trenches and go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction is absolutely incredible, and he DEFINITELY deserves a raise. He picked me up at my lowest point and brought me back to life. My groin muscles tense at the mere thought of that fantastic beast. Unfortunately next time I went there, there was a guy taking a dump in the sink so it's going to have to be a 1-star...
Read moreMe: One large milk please Tim Horton's: Chocolate? M: No, white please T: Oh we don't have white in large right now. I can give you two smalls M: Sure if it is the same price as one large because a small is $1.50 and a large is only $2.25 T: Umm, it would be $3.15 M: Since it is the same amount of ml for two smalls as it is for one large can you just charge me for a large since you guys are the ones who don't have it in stock. T: Uhh, sorry we can't do that M: Okay I drove away.
I needed milk for my baby but she fell asleep in the car. I didn't want to wake her up. I passed at least 20 stores that sell milk for far cheaper than Tim Horton's. Of course none of those stores have drive thrus. I expect and I am happy to pay for the convenience of a drive thru. But when something specific is not in stock and alternative that is pretty much the same is available and offered it should not be more expensive. $3.00 for 500 ml of milk? So, $6.00 for 1L? $24 for 4L when the store (without the convenience of a drive thru mind you) is selling 4L for $4.49!?
I am hurt that Tim Horton's would not respect my simple request when I go to a Timmies at least 7...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience! When we first arrived there was a customer banging on the garbage which was meowing back to him. No one in the store addressed the cat that was in the garbage. He continued to hit the garbage can as other customers noticed the meowing.
We then proceeded to order our food and drink which took 10 minutes and the person helping us had no idea what anything was.
We got our food quickly but it was less than subpar. The two wraps my fiancé got were half filled, they didn’t have the proper bun for my sandwich and they put 4 pieces of turkey without separating them. I took them off it was so gross.
We then waiting 20 minutes to get our coffees. They did not know what our order was after we asked them repeatedly about our order. When they did finally serve us our coffees they were both incorrect. We threw them out.
I have never had such a terrible experience at Tim Horton’s. I would suggest not going to...
