Nice park in the heart of East Van located just off of Grandview highway and Rupert street in East Vancouver BC. Popular spot for baseball games. They have very well groomed baseball diamonds' with covered dugouts and the park is large enough to take the dog for long walks on and off leash. There are some nice quiet spots in the park to relax maybe have a picnic or chill out and read a nice book. Also great area for going on a run or nice walk

A hilly green space with great North Shore mountain views from the south end top of the park - but no washroom. Several benches - sun and shade. A naturalized habitat area. Some fabulous trees. Interesting corner bench with a small bridge feature. Beautiful baseball diamonds. All in all, a great walk on a sunny day in East Vancouver ❤️

I lived next to this park for a few years and never knew it had a name! Great big open green space between the back lanes of a neighborhood including a small swing set. Our secret location to view and enjoy fireworks without the hassle of traffic and being too close to the loud bangs.

In my 25 years this park has been used for many many activities creating a real community feel ! This park has a wonderful view and a great place to watch the fireworks ( when we had them ) the community came together with radios from the cars playing the music for the fireworks. This park has seen out of work due to covid jugglers ! They had a great place with an audience from homes around the area ! Weddings have been in this park , kids playing t ball with their family , people did yoga and many more . The community did use this park , it was well used green space . Until now ... we now have an overgrown grass area . In this grass now there is needles , garbage, coyotes, glass, and more debris. This “ meadow “ is very unsafe and parks board has taken away green space for the butterflies! The grass is growing around the poles and the grass is reaching the trees now! This was such a nice park before , seeing it now in this state is sad to see. Very unsafe place now for children and adults ! Now the community is trying to get the park back to it’s clean wonderful beautiful park that it was! Many many many people have reached out the the city but nobody has returned our calls ! Please we all want a safe park to be in and...

If you're looking for more of an open field rather than a park with things to look at that are interesting, this is the park for you. Don't get me wrong it has a nice view of the mountains and it is quiet even on the weekends. It just doesn't have a lot of things for you to look at. I don't know about the policy for off leash in regards to dogs but I do see people with their dogs playing fetch sometimes. If is located inside a residential neighbourhood so please be respectful of how loud you are especially at night. There are some park benches and it is a nice place for a picnic or BBQ as there are some bigger trees that...

Not one of the CoV's nicest or well groomed public parks especially at the back of upper field baseball diamond. The park has a great view of the NS mountains and lots of easily accessible shopping for some pinic snacks or just take in a little league baseball game. It's just lacking that extra bit of attention from CoV parks and recreations board and a few extra tax dollars that our mayor and government wasre in other useless projects put towards it. I'd much rather enjoy a local park and watch a game than be staring at large...
