This statue of the Canadian Olympic athlete shows the man running and perhaps breaking the tape at the end of a race. It stands in Stanley Park overlooking the beautiful city of Vancouver. Jerome competed in the 1960 (Rome), 1964 (Tokyo) and 1968 (Mexico City) Summer Olympics, earning a Bronze for the 100 meter in 1964.
