“They should be ashamed to be charging any entry fee”
This place has gotten progressively worse over the last 12 months. It is a shell of its former self and at this point they should be ashamed to be charging any entry fee. All the vendors are sad and in their phones, they can’t even greet people when they enter their booth. You can tell by their booths that they are not moving any product. Literally every single booth is selling the same dated thrift store rejects from 5 years ago. Majority of the vendors are overpricing everything in their booth and not willing to make a deals so they sit on pieces for years it seems like. Do not be fooled, you can literally go on eBay and find the same items for a fraction of the price and if it is sitting on eBay at that low price it is not even selling. These are not professional vendors because if they were they would be moving product as much as possible to free up money for new better product not sitting on NASCAR tees and liner jackets that were in fashion 6 years ago. And what happened to all the good food trucks and vendors selling vintage items/goods. Or even the cute booths selling crafts and handmade stuff. There is not like 2 booths who are just selling stickers. This place used to be a fun event to spend a few hours at. Now it is a joke, 15min tops and don’t expect to find anything unless you are forcing yourself to buy something.
And what happened to the photo booth?!! SMH this whole place. Avoid it like the plague. There is little to no value spending 5$ to buy overpriced second hand, it is not...

Welcomed by a friendly face at the front desk, I dare you not to smile when you enter the space. Start at the bar for a drink, or jump right into exploring.
Awesome selection of vintage clothing, artisanal crafts, oddities and more. There's something for everyone. And the best part? Dog friendly!!
Gentleman looking to get in good with a lady friend (*or any other gendered and/or non-gendered alternatives), would be wise to start a date here followed by a walk in the neighbouring park. ;) You're welcome.
Short of the long? Great place to get your chill on. My spouse and I had a wonderful afternoon here with our pup. Thanks East Side Flee. See...
Read moreThis year I had the privilege to collaborate with the team that organized the 2022 Eastside Flea Studio Market. I am very thankful to have been given the chance to be with them this year. The vibes were amazing from the organizers to the attendees. I am the chef and proud owner of Ay! Mamacita Artisan Street Food. I had the chance to step away from the truck for a few minutes and explore what the market had to offer. I was like a kid in a candy store. So much to see and all vendor had a friendly attitude. The ambiance in the market was great and all the other food options were spot on. I hope we can be part of future events like this, but even if we don't have the chance to come as a vendor, we would be very happy to come and enjoy...
