I went to an open session a few friends - my first time there. When we arrived we were told that the session was overbooked so we would have to wait to go in the sauna. Eventually another (larger) group came out of the sauna and we were allowed to go in… but then we were stuck outside later and told to wait again. Meanwhile, folks from this other group entered and left intermittently. Basically, for some reason 12 or more people were booked into our session, which doesn’t make sense because the website indicates group sessions are 10. I think that 10 would have been totally manageable but 12+ was not. Unfortunately we felt like we didn’t get our moneys worth or really full use of the sauna. I wasn’t going to leave a review because it sucks to have to say anything not positive, but was prompted to twice so here it is! Read moreI had a fantastic experience at the Whisking Hour session! The vibe of the group was really welcoming—everyone was engaged, and the staff did an amazing job helping us break the ice in a natural and genuine way, which I truly appreciated.

The owner was present throughout the session—super friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was having a great time. After the cold plunge, we relaxed by the fire pits with a refreshing lemon-infused tea, which was the perfect complement to the experience.
I’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks for...

Also, unlike other similar saunas in town, since it's at a brewery you can have a beer while you're relaxing around the fire, which is very nice. On the negative side, they do not supply robes or towels, which I was surprised by. I don't mind bringing a towel, but a robe I expected to be provided. I brought one from home, but it wasn't one I really wanted to get wet. Luckily it was warm enough outside that I didn't need to wear it. A minor complaint for me, but this came as a surprise to my friend as well, so it does seem like something they...
