Surti Fanasia’s Gujarati Tiffin — Restaurant in Vancouver

I had 2tiffins that were delivered during weird timings that I did not got and there are two tiffins that were not delivered due to not picking up the phone! Though you pay the asked amount they give you the reason that you were not available and we will not deliver the tiffin. 1st month was OK were tiffin got delivered around the time that you should expect. However, starting from the last month the tiffin delivery was not on time, they give you very grumpy response over the phone stating that you did not picked up the phone so you will not get the delivery of the tiffin though you call them after missing the call due to work commitments. This is not at all a good customer service after paying them 265$ a month to get delivery of 20 tiffins a month. They have a delivery manager named Dev and he thinks he is obliging me by delivering the tiffin. He is the worst among all of them to deal with, on having conversation with him he stated that do whatever you can do, you missed the calls and we will not deliver the tiffin to you! You do not get tiffins after paying for the services lets you feel so bad! Moreover, they delivered two tiffins that were left outside of the premises where you could find rats, crows and homeless people. When asked about the food safety the delivery person tell you that I was advised to do that! The horrible experience does not stop over here! On calling and messaging Ashutosh to stop the services and asking for a refund, I got the response brother called you and it went on voicemail! Well this is really frustrating and unacceptable! Be cautious about this service...

It is so hard to get in contact with you guys. You don't even reply to my WhatsApp messages or even calls. Once you delivered parcel with someone else name, one day it was late. There are no ways to get connect wid you with these problems. The Only time I get response when it is time to renew the subscription. Which made me cancel your services. I thought to give business to our Gujarati people but clearly you don't deserve it. I appreciate about the food tho, it is a v good quality but I won't be thinking to come back after...

I have been taking this food services from past 8-9 months and liking their food since day 1. I have had tried more than dozen other food tiffin services but get bored with food tastes or by varieties or with compromise in quality. But, here everything is just perfect and getting advance set menu and with different varieties every time is what kept me this longer! Moreover, they are always open for feedback and you can also recommend them some food...
