This place would not honour my mask exemption… firstly I walked into the store clearly not wearing a mask and shopped for 25 minutes nobody said anything to me. I did my shopping and to the cash register to pay and the Karen at the register asked me for my mask. I explained I was exempt and that I had been in the store 20 minutes nobody has anything to me she responded saying it was mandatory I told her I was exempt she could not mandate something on me that was a health exemption and that it was illegal so she decided to make me wait until she called the manager whom I also passed by several times again no word to me about mask requirements. The manager proceeded to the cash register to tell me that I needed a mask I clarified I passed by him several times he didn’t say a word to me he responded well it is necessary and a legal requirement to which I corrected him Stating it’s not a law and also asked him what difference it really made considering at this point I’m checking out now why are we making a scene about this when I’m leaving & they’re closing in five minutes to which he responded asking me what my reason for exemption was I replied telling him he didn’t need to know that it was none of his business. He says it’s law. I said it’s only a regulation which does not supersede charter or bill of rights or human rights all of which trump provincial guidelines. She rang thru my stuff and I finally paid but not before humiliating me in front of the whole store. I will never shop here again and on top of that I will be filing a human...

I think you guys have set a great president here on how to work with a crisis situation! Truly i think you guys have gone above and beyond with all the initiatives you have taken. Ive tried both curbside and delivery and both experiences have been nothing short then an exceptional show of great service and professionalism! When the driver showed up in my driveway with mask and gloves on, i swear it was gratifying and provided a certain level of comfort right now. Also i should mention the poor guy called and got a flat tire and ran behind, which i was even willing to wait until the next day but offer to deliver it late that evening if we were ok with it. Just a great example of great customer service and consideration under the current state in which we live in.

Continue doing what you are doing, i have already passed along your details to a few people who are liking the options available! Not to mention that the quality of products even fruit / produce is always great!
