Westbank Museum — Attraction in West Kelowna

I love small.town museums the best. From coast to coast Canada they house some of the most unique artifacts. That being said this one is really all about the turn of the century lots of neat donated items. I visited with my mother who even recognized and reminisced with some of the objects. Lindsay took us to the fur trappers cabin, she was very kind and knowledgeable. All in all a great stop. I love the history...

We loved it! They have a scavenger hunt for kids and if they complete it they get to pick a prize at the end. It give such a wonderful glance into the past and they have some really neat stuff. Good idea to incorporate a museum with a visitor center and made our stop in Westbank (West Kelowna) a little more interesting. The bathrooms were inside the Museum. Friendly staff that day and they had all the information, as requested. We could have sent hours here with very good displays and description....
